ARCHITECT'S ESTIMATE RANGE: Between $250,000 and $500,000. Mendenhall River Community School Boiler Replacement. All contractors are required to have a current Alaska Contractor's License, prior to submitting a Bid, and a current Alaska Business License prior to award. SITE OF WORK. The site of the WORK is Mendenhall River Community School, 9001 Mendenhall Loop Road, Juneau, AK 99801. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or Bid Bond, in the amount of 5% percent of the Bid, payable to the City and Borough of Juneau, Alaska, as a guarantee that the Bidder, if its Bid is accepted, will promptly execute the Agreement. A Bid shall not be considered unless one of the forms of Bidder's security is provided as described in Section 00100, Article 12, at the time of bid.
