Site work, paving and renovation of a water / sewer project in Juneau, Alaska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for paving for a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

This Project consists of replacement of the existing pumps with new pumps and piping system inside an existing pump station. Existing electrical components are being upgraded and replaced as necessary. The new pumps will be run by programed Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) controls and will be connected to CBJs Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system. Additional work includes building and site modifications, installation of exterior water valve, abandoned oil tank removal, interior and exterior painting, and paving.
