This Project consists of replacement of a modified IRMA EPDM roofing membrane assembly down to existing metal pan decking on the east wing of an existing middle school. The work includes removal of the existing roofing assembly including parapet cap flashing, perimeter flashing, concrete pavers, roof drains and overflow scuppers as well as partial removal of other mechanical or electrical systems. Reroofing will include all materials associated with insulated EPDM roofing assembly buildup, all associated metal flashing and copings, roof drains, and overflow scuppers. The project will include limited Mechanical work extending existing VTR's as needed and limited electrical items as needed. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or Bid Bond, in the amount of 5% percent of the Bid, payable to the City and Borough of Juneau, Alaska, as a guarantee that the Bidder, if its Bid is accepted, will promptly execute the Agreement.
