Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work under this contract will include all equipment, labor, material, supplies, etc. necessary to furnish the work described in this contract. This work shall consist of the placement of miscellaneous asphalt for the DPW, at the direction of the DPW Director or her authorized representative. This work will require working with multiple departments and representatives from the Town. Work shall include all materials, labor, and equipment to adjust around catch basins, drainage structures, driveway aprons, speed bumps, culvert repairs, spot sidewalks, trench inlays and other miscellaneous work Work shall include all materials, labor, and equipment to adjust around catch basins, drainage structures, driveway aprons, speed bumps, culvert repairs, spot sidewalk, trench inlays and other miscellaneous work. It is the responsibility of each bidder to check the town website periodically for any additional addenda.
