Site work for a road / highway in Delta, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
1. Superpave Asphalt Mixture 3,350 tons more or less, various designs. 2. Road surface preparation, transportation and placement of Superpave Asphalt Mixtures as directed in bid packet. All bids must be submitted on PennDot forms MS-963 or MS-944, to be furnished by the Township Manager at 717-456-5083. Contractor is required to review proposed MS-944 project with Municipality's Representative priorto bidding. All bidders must be qualified in accordance with Section 102.01 of the PennDOT form 408. A10% bid bond must accompany all bids. All bids must be individually sealed and marked. It is required that all successful bidders for each of the above, furnish a performance bond of50% of the contract. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in the best interest of the Township. Awarding ofthe contract will be made at the Board of Supervisors Meeting March 6, 2024, starting at 7:00 pm in the Municipal Office Building located at 6880 Delta Road, Suite 3, Delta, PA 17314.
