2024 HFE-150 Oil. It is the intent of these specifications to describe materials in detail that will be purchased, delivered and transferred to the County's equipment, and to secure bids on comparable materials. Any variance from the specifications or standards described in the Technical Specifications Page, must be clearly stated in writing by the bidder. Delivery location to be coordinated with project manager. It is anticipated that delivery will be made to Ione, WA and Newport, WA. Pend Oreille County reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, and make multiple awards if it is deemed in the best interest of Pend Oreille County.
