Bids from prospective distributors for a power transformer for its Bare Mountain Substation. Question Deadline: 07/19/2024 at 2:00 PM PT , All questions or clarifications must be submitted through the Clarifications tab. Questions related to this submittal must be sent via online Responses to these questions will be made available to all bidders via online. Call for Bid Requirements Bid must include a bid bond in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the maximum bid price. Bid to include Washington State Sales Tax (WSST). Each bid must be accompanied by the following: completed bid form including lead-times; completed proposal data sheets found in section 1.0 of the specifications; and all data requested in section 2.4 of the specifications. Evaluation of the Call for Bid The District will evaluate each submitted bid for completeness. Bid submittals that do not meet the minimum requirements may not be considered. The District reserves the right to reject all submittals, and modify or withdraw the Call for Bid. The District will award the contract to the qualified bidder whose proposal is most advantageous to the District based upon the factors identified below. The District reserves the right to negotiate with the highest scoring bidder/entity. Should the District fail to secure an agreement with the selected entity, the District may elect to pursue an agreement with the next highest scoring entity. The proposals will be evaluated based on cost and as defined by the specifications. The District reserves the right to cancel this Call for Bid at any time, or issue amendments or corrections. The District reserves the right to award this contract, or to not award this contract. Women's, minority, and small business enterprises are encouraged to apply.
