The Snake River Wastewater Treatment Plant, an Enterprise Fund of Summit County Government, is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide concrete and sealant repairs to its treatment facility emergency overflow basin. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, transportation, mobilization, disposal, and incidentals necessary to perform the removal of spalled/delaminated concrete, existing failed expansion joint sealant material and the installation/replacement of removed concreate and sealant material from its emergency overflow basin at the Snake River Wastewater Treatment Plant. The Summit County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities or informalities, and to conduct such investigations or negotiations as it deems necessary to select the most responsible and responsive proposal. Anticipated Award Date: 05/22/2025 Scope of Services Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, transportation, mobilization, disposal, and incidentals necessary to perform the removal of spalled/delaminated concrete, existing failed expansion joint sealant material and the installation/replacement of removed concreate and sealant material from its emergency overflow basin at the Snake River Wastewater Treatment Plant.
