The City of Bellevue (City) is seeking proposals to provide professional services in the following general engineering disciplines with a focus on Construction Inspectors and Resident Engineers and: construction management (CM), construction inspection, quality assurance, and general construction administrative oversight services. The City is scheduled to award construction contracts for more than 20 locally funded (City or Levy) projects over the next 3 to 4 years. It is the City's intent to award 2-3 separate on-call contracts to assist the city with construction inspection and management of these projects as needed. The anticipated not to exceed value for each on-call contract is $2,000,000 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
