Work Contemplated to Be Performed Under This Contract is as Follows: o Traffic Control o Removing Asphalt Concrete Pavement, Cement Concrete Curb, Gutter, and Sidewalk o Construct Cement Concrete Curb, Gutter, and Sidewalk o Construct Cement Concrete Curb Ramps o Traffic Signal Modifications o Pavement Repair o Grind and Overlay Asphalt Pavement o Install Channelization and Signing o Property Restoration and Miscellaneous Work. Bid Bond Required: Each Bid Shall Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond in the Form of Cash, Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Surety Bond in an Amount Equal to at Least 5% of the Amount of Such Bid. Checks Shall Be Made Payable to the City Treasurer. Should the Successful Bidder Fail to Enter Into a Contract and Furnish a Satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond Within the Time Stated in the Specifications, the Bid Bond Shall Be Forfeited to the City of Bellevue.
