The City of Eastpointe reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or to waive any irregularities in the bidding. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance, payment, maintenance and guarantee bonds and insurance certificates. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing.
