Fitchburg Public Schools: HVAC Upgrades at Memorial Middle School in accordance with MGL c.149. installation of new unit ventilators with VRF coils and hot water coils serving classrooms. Construction is anticipated for Summer 2025. Estimated Cost $1,250,000 Question Deadline 06/05/2024 at 5:00 PM ET All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online The work comprises the completed construction required by the Contract documents and includes all labor, tools, materials, supplies, equipment, approvals, permits, paperwork, calculations, submittals, and certificates necessary to develop, construct, and complete the work in accordance with all laws, and all construction and other services required to be supervised, overseen, performed, or furnished by the Contract or that Contract documents require. The Contractor agrees to meet or exceed all requirements of this Contract and the Contract documents.
