For furnishing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, and guarantees thereof to construct the Marguerite Place Improvements. This Contract includes the full reconstruction of approximately 1,200 linear feet of Marguerite Place from Spring Street to Park Street. Improvements include, but are not limited to, excavation, grading, cement concrete curb, gutter and sidewalks, storm drainage improvements, sanitary sewer improvements, asphalt paving, street lighting, retaining walls, channelization, traffic control, and other related work items. ENGINEERS ESTIMATE $2,250,000 The Work shall be substantially complete within 70 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. All bidding and construction is to be performed in compliance with the Contract Provisions and Contract Plans for this project and any addenda issued thereto that are on file at the office of the Town Clerk, Town Hall, Friday Harbor, Washington.
