Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Juneau, Alaska. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Description: Tram repair includes new aluminum walkway and rail gauge rods and installation of tram terminal at Seymour Canal. Tram improvements to span 500 L.F. of existing tram rail starting at Seymour Canal working toward Oliver Inlet. Tram Terminal will include construction of a structure intended to stop the tram cart and provide easy un-loading of tram cart. Additive Alternative No. 1 will include installation of water access pathway from the Tram Terminal to the waters edge. Additive Alternative No. 2 will include removal and disposal of debris piles at various locations along existing tram route. Engineers Estimate Range: $50,000 to $100,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
