the Borough of Tamaqua Cdbg Road Program Will Consist of Milling and Overlaying Cedar Street and Clay Street. The Items of Work Are Identified More Specifically in the Project Specifications. The Entire Project Will Be Awarded to One (I) Contractor. Question Deadline 06/21/2024 at 4:00 PM ET Questions must be posted online A Certified Check or Bank Draft, Payable to the Order of the County of Schuylkill or a Satisfactory Bid Bond Executed by the Bidder Naming the County of Schuylkill as Oblige and Acceptable Surety in the Amount of 10 Percent of the Total Bid Shall Be Submitted With Each Bid. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish and Pay for Satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds, Each in the Amount of One Hundred Percent (100%) of the Contract Price With a Corporate Surety Approved by the Owner. The Owner Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informality or to Reject Any or All Items or Portions Thereof or to Waive Any Technicalities and Informalities in the Bid for the Best Interest of the Owner.
