Renovation of a residential development in Fitchburg, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The Project consists of: Replacement of existing rooftop make-up air unit and exhaust fans, installation of new roofmounted ductwork and replacement of existing lightning protection system The work is estimated to cost $516,013 Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 26 to 27H inclusive. Filed Sub-bidders must be DCAMM certified for the trades listed below and bidders must include a current DCAMM Sub-Bidder Certificate of Eligibility and a signed DCAMM Sub-Bidder's Update Statement. Filed Sub-Bid Trades: Electrical General bids and sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (considering all alternates), and made payable to the Fitchburg Housing Authority. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 06/28/2024 at 9:00AM EDT for general bids The Work under the Contract consists of: 1. All Work either shown on the Drawings or included in the Specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done. 2. The Project shall consist of, but not limited to: Replacement of existing rooftop make-up air unit and exhaust fans, installation of new roof-mounted ductwork, replacement of existing lightning protection system. 3. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing and paying for a construction administration software application to be used by all participants on the Project at no cost
