Elizabeth Street is partially funded by the online Local Road Improvement Program (LRIP). All Bids must be accompanied by a Bidder's bond, certified check, bank cashier's check or bank draft payable to the Village of Waterford for five percent(5%) of the total amount of the Bid as provided in the Bidder Instructions. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive technicalities.
