Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Waterford, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Est. Value is $ 6,830,000.00. Project involves select pump replacement, pipe and valve replacements, building replacements and control panel replacement at 20 sewage lift stations and 1 sewage grinder station in the District. Work also includes standby generator replacements and generator additions at select lift stations. Work also includes telemetry system replacement. The Project Manager for this Project is David W. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all Plan Holders of Record. Questions received from Bidders that do not, in Engineers opinion, allow sufficient time to respond prior to the date for opening of Bids will not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
