Site work and paving for a road / highway in Waterford, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work for the above contract includes providing Crack Sealing for the following Roads: - Gawin Drive 2585 LF - E. River Bay Road 2590 LF - West of Big Bend Road - N. Tichigan Road 92230 LF - N. Lake to Channel Road The Owner reserves the right to reject the bid of any Bidder who has been determined to be unqualified. Bidders may not withdraw their Bids within the 90-day period after the date of the Bid Opening The Town will only consider Bids from Bidders who accompany them with a Bid Bond, payable to the Town of Waterford, in the amount equal to 5 percent of the Bid. the Town accepts the Bid, the selected Contractor will execute and deliver the proper Contract Agreement and Bonds within 15 calendar days after the Notice of Award. Failure to return these documents within this prescribed time will result in forfeiture, to the Town of Waterford, of the selected Bid Bond, as liquidated damages. Question Deadline 05/30/2025 Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
