Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Waterford, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Description of Work: The proposed construction consists of roadway chip sealing, fog sealing, crack sealing, spot asphalt patching, spot curb & gutter replacement, and other miscellaneous items of work. Fairview Estates Subdivision estimated quantity is 57,000 sq.yd., and the alternate for 6th Street from Main Street to STH 36 has an estimated quantity of 8,200 sq.yd. There will be no Pre-Bid Conference Direct all questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents to Engineer (Telephone 262-763-7834 Ext. 3326 or bbiwer@baxterwoodman.com). Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addendum emailed by the Engineer or the Engineer's designated independent distributor, to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than five (5) business days prior to the Bid Opening, might not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written Addendum will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
