Site work and paving for a civil project in Waterford, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Description of Work. The proposed construction consists of drilling Well No. 6 with a pitless adapter unit; installing well pumping equipment; installation of process piping and metering; SCADA and electrical work; site work including water main installation, asphalt paving, and concrete flatwork; and other miscellaneous items of work. Bidders shall demonstrate positive efforts to utilize disadvantaged business enterprises (DBE). DBE's are encouraged to submit bids for this project. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bidder's bond, certified check, bank cashier's check or bank draft payable to the Village of Waterford for five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid as provided in the Bidder Instructions. Rejection of Bids. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive technicalities. Unless the Bids are rejected for good cause, award of contract shall be made to the lowest responsible and responsive Bidder.
