The project is expected to be awarded on July 21,2025** The work for the above contract includes: - Full depth pulverize, grading, shaping, and 4-inch asphalt paving for 5867 LF of Halverson Road. - Asphalt removal and replacement, 4-inch asphalt paving for 125 LF of Caley Court. - Asphalt removal and replacement, 4-inch asphalt paving for 264 LF of Bayside Cove. - Providing full depth pulverize, grading, shaping, and 4-inch asphalt paving for 210 LF of Sandy Lane from Two asphalt patches one each on Idle Wood Court, and E. Peninsula Road. Major Items of the Base Bid work with approximate quantities for which bids are requested, include: 5867 SY of pulverize and relay, 1,350 SY of asphalt removal, 1,650 TONS HMA Pavement. There are also 1 mandatory Additional Bids for the above contract: Additional Bid #1 includes providing a 2" partial depth mill and overlay, for 3500 LF of Honey Creek Road. Major Items of the Additional Bid work with approximate quantities include: 7778 SY of partial depth milling, 900 TONS HMA Pavement. The Owner reserves the right to reject the bid of any Bidder who has been determined to be unqualified. Bidders may not withdraw their Bids within the 90-day period after the date of the Bid Opening The Town will only consider Bids from Bidders who accompany them with a Bid Bond, payable to the Town of Waterford, in the amount equal to 5 percent of the Bid.
