SCPP WKCA Chiller Connect Question Deadline 07/02/2024 at 4:30 PM CT. This solicitation contains an aspirational goal of 30% to include businesses owned and controlled by minorities, females and persons with disabilities in the State's procurement and contracting / subcontracting processes. Contractor will provide all labor, equipment, materials, and services necessary to complete work for the upgrade and extension of chilled water supply and return piping in underground tunnel from Felmley Science Hall to Julian Hall at Illinois State University. Contractor shall conduct its operations as to ensure least inconvenience to general public by scheduling work with the owner to accommodate owner occupancy and operations. Work to be performed after the 2024 cooling season, late October 2024 through early March 2025. Time of Completion: Monday, March 31, 2025
