SCOPE OF WORK County seeks a qualified firm to evaluate the overall condition of roofs, develop a scope of work for repairs or replacements, assist County with solicitation for recommended roofing work, and assist with project management of work. County reserves the right to add service as needed. County is seeking to establish a one (1) year contract with optional four (4) one (1) year renewals for a total contract length not to exceed five (5) years. There is no Pre-Proposal Meeting Any question regarding the procurement solicitation shall be in writing (electronic transmission is preferred.) and directed to Sarah Dutton, Grants and Procurement Coordinator. August 6, 2024 Deadline for questions is 12:00 noon August 16, 2024 Evaluation of proposals completed. August 23, 2024 Contract Award (tentative) The Powhatan County Public Works and Maintenance Department is seeking assistance with evaluations, recommendations for repair/replacement and design services for aging roofs. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
