Scope of Work 1. Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), Flooring Replacement at Manzanita Maintenance Facility as described herein: Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, vehicles, equipment, travel, and incidentals necessary to remove and legally dispose of existing vinyl composition tile (VCT) flooring and base molding and to prepare and repair flooring to install new VCT flooring and base molding. All prospective contractors are to be assembled at Caltrans, District 04 Manzanita Maintenance Facility located at 40 Shoreline Hwy, Mill Valley, CA, 94941 estimated value of greater than $5,000.00, but not more than $461,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
