Services Shall Include Providing Adequate Materials, Labor and Equipment to Timely Perform The Hot Mix Asphalt Paving at the Designated Locations. The Successful Bidder(S) Shall Be Responsible for Removal of the Existing Surface and Grading Prior to Resurfacing to Ensure Proper Drainage and No Negative Effect Upon the Main Dwelling and Other Structures Adjacent to Each Work Area.
