Renovation of a mixed-use development in Laconia, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; fire / police facility; and municipal facility.

The City of Laconia Facilities Department is requesting proposals for Fire Alarm Monitoring Systems. Scope of Work: 1. Remove current hard wired fire alarm panels. 2. Same day, install a new 3rd party cellular monitoring system for the fire alarm systems for: o City Hall o Community Center o Police Department o Fire Department (Central) o Fire Department (Weirs) o Public Works Department Bisson Avenue only o Tardif Park House o Opechee Park House o All Water Works Buildings 3. Each location has different panels currently and will require eyes on to know the job required for each. 4. Once installed work with the monitoring company to update the accounts and keep them current. 5. The proposal should include all prices for removal, installation, cellular and monitoring services. Insurance: The selected firm will be expected to provide a certificate of insurance satisfactory to the City of Laconia for General Liability and Workers Compensation. Performance and Payment Bonds: When a construction or service contract is awarded in excess of $25,000 performance and payment bonds, satisfactory to the City and executed by a surety company authorized to do business in New Hampshire and required in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the price specified in the contract for the full term of the contract.
