As of Acotber 4, 2024 this project was awarded to Northwoods Construction, in the amount of $151,348.29. Washburn City Hall for the Thompson's West End Park Campground Repaving Project Bid security in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100 percent of the contract amount will be required. Liquidated damages will be established in the amount of One hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) per calendar day after the agreed completion date that the Work is not fully certified by the Public Works Director as being Substantially Complete, as is defined in the Conditions of the Contract. All of the Contract Work must be completed on or before November 8, 2024. The City of Washburn reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept any bid deemed for the best interests of the City and waive any formalities in bidding.
