The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Forest Service announces an opportunity at the Northern Research Station in St. Paul, Minnesota for the legal abatement and removal of estimated 5100 square feet of asbestos containing floor tile, carpet, or combined flooring and installation of new luxury vinyl tile, baseboards, and associated trim necessary to complete a professional installation. The work is subject to the Construction Wage Rate Requirements statute, formerly known as the Davis-Bacon Act, and is set-aside for small businesses.
