Description

Renovation of a residential development in Northborough, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

Replace obsolete conventional fire alarm system with a new addressable system, including replacement of all devices and all new wiring for system devices. Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The Work under the Contract consists of: 1. All Work either shown on the Drawings or included in the Specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done. 2. The Project shall consist of, but not limited to: The replacement of an obsolete conventional fire alarm system with a new addressable system, including replacement of all devices and all new wiring for system devices. 3. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing and paying for a construction administration software application to be used by all participants on the Project at no cost. B. In addition, the Work under the Contract includes: 1. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 2. The restoration of any items damaged or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside the Project Site. 3. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities.
