This Request for Proposals (the RFP) is an invitation by the City of Kingston (the City) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Construction Management Services for 309 Queen Mary Road, as further described in Part 2 of the RFP Particulars (the Deliverables). The City seeks to retain the services of a qualified Construction Manager (the CM) for the renovation and alteration of 309 Queen Mary Road, Kingston, Ontario (the Project). The former long-term care facility (Extendicare Kingston) is to be retrofitted to accommodate a medical clinic, transitional housing and programmable community activity space. The Project budget (for construction only) is set at approximately $6 million (exclusive of HST). The City reserves the right to revise the Project budget, negotiate a revised Guaranteed Maximum Price, Price of the Services and Price of the Work based on any revised Project budget.
