The work covered by the specifications includes furnishing all labor, equipment and the noted material for the remodel of approximately 17,190 square feet of the locker room within the Aurora Police Department. The architect's estimates for the proposed improvements: Base Bid Estimate: $57,000 Each bid must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check, an irrevocable letter of credit in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, or digital or paper bid bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the amount bid, signed by a Surety Company authorized to transact business in the State of Ohio.
