For the following item(s): ULTRAVIOLET LIGHT DISINFECTION EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT LOCATION: WESTERLY WWTP - 1230 W. GARFIELD ROAD CITY OF AURORA, PORTAGE COUNTY, OHIO The City of Aurora intends to purchase a complete and fully functional ultraviolet light disinfection system for the Aurora Westerly WWTP. While the system continues to function in an acceptable manner, spare parts are no longer readily available. Given its age, the system is recognized as being at the end of its useful life. All bidders must submit product details with their bid. Budget: $223,590.00 For any further information, please contact Samantha McCoy at 330.995.9116 or mccoys@auroraoh.com. In the case of disruption of national communications or loss of services by electronically within two hours prior to the deadline for submission of bids, the city will delay the deadline for bid submissions to ensure the ability of potential bidders to submit bids. If this occurs, instructions will be communicated to potential bidders. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received, and accept any bid which it deems most favorable to the City.
