The intent of this contract is to provide preventative and emergency maintenance to city-owned HVAC units. This program includes quarterly maintenance, emergency maintenance/repairs and diagnostics in the City of Aurora, Ohio. Budget: $35,000.00 Each bid must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check, an irrevocable letter of credit in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, or digital or paper bid bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the amount bid, signed by a Surety Company authorized to transact business in the State of Ohio. In the case of disruption of national communications or loss of services by online portal within two hours prior to the deadline for submission of bids, the city will delay the deadline for bid submissions to ensure the ability of potential bidders to submit bids. If this occurs, instructions will be communicated to potential bidders The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received, and accept any bid which it deems most favorable to the City.
