The Solano Transportation Authority (Authority) will receive electronic construction bids for the: Construction on and adjacent to State Highway 37 in Solano County from 0.5 miles south of Fairgrounds Road undercrossing to 0.2 miles north of Fairgrounds Road Undercrossing Project ("Project"). Construction on and adjacent to State Highway 37 Question Deadline 10/08/2024 at 10:00 AM PT Submit all bidder inguiries directly through the Authority's solicitation page Bids are valid for sixty (60) calendar days after the bid opening date. The Project consists of reconstruction of Fairgrounds Drive at Highway 37 in Vallejo and conversion to a Diverging Diamond Interchange. The work includes Grading, Aggregate Base, HMA Paving, Drainage, Concrete Barrier, Midwest Guardrail System, Retaining Wall, Signing, Striping, Landscaping, and Electrical work under the Caltrans 2023 Standard Specifications and Standard Plans. Work shall be completed within 180 working days. A Class A Contractor's license is required, and the successful bidder must pay prevailing wages. The estimated cost of construction is $19,100,000. The DVBE Contract goal is 3 percent.
