Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Renton, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a service station / car wash facility; and for site work for a service station / car wash facility.
The work includes, but is not limited to, demolition and decommissioning of a below grade fuel tank, installation of a fuel canopy, installation of a dual, 2,000-gallon unleaded and diesel fuel storage tank, installation of a 500-gallon DEF dispenser, installation of dispensing and fuel management systems, all sitework and restoration, and associated electrical. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid security, in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, postal money order, or surety bond made payable to the Soos Creek Water & Sewer District for a sum not less than 5 percent of the bid. The Soos Creek Water & Sewer District reserves the right to reject any and all bids, 'waive any informalities m the bidding, and select whichever bids they determine to be the best value to the District for the Contract.
