The existing Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon (RRFB) west of the YMCA will be relocated to the north and improved pedestrian facilities will be constructed to provide a safer pedestrian route to the Fairgrounds Commuter Trail network. The project is funded in part with funding from the FHWA Transporation Alternatives Program and is subject to all applicable Federal/State regulations, as indicated within the Contract Manual. All work must be substantially complete within 60 calendar days after the commencement date stated in the notice to proceed.
