Site work for a civil project in Throop, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Work shall consist of replacement of 4" ductile iron discharge pipe from two (2) existing grit pumps including pipe, fitting, supports, heat tracing and jacketed insulation. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified bank treasurers check, certified cashier's check or a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid. All bids shall remain irrevocable for sixty (60) days after opening unless award is delayed due to the required approval of another government agency, in which case the bids shall be irrevocable for one hundred twenty (120) days in compliance with Act 317 of 1978. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities.
