Belknap County Nursing Home seeks bids from qualified vendors to provide the installation of new cabinets and counter tops. The Nursing Home is located at 30 County Drive, Laconia, NH. Project Scope The selected contractor will be responsible for: Templet and measurements: of all countertops and cabinets. o Cabinet Removal: Removal and disposal of existing cabinets. o Cabinet Installation: Design, supply, and install new cabinets according to the provided specifications. o Countertop Removal: Removal and disposal of current countertops. o Countertop Installation: Provide and install new countertops according to the selected materials and dimensions. o Site Preparation: Ensure the work area is properly prepped, including any necessary modifications to cabinetry or countertops to fit the space. o Finishing: Apply necessary finishing touches, such as sealing and hardware installation (hinges, pulls, etc.). o Cleanup: Clean-up of the work site, removing all construction debris, materials, and packaging.
