Renovation of a library in Laconia, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
**As of May 28, 2025, the project was awarded to but the awarded amount is not available.** 1. Annual Inspections: Conduct annual inspections in accordance with NFPA 25 and local regulations on the Library's 20-year-old sprinkler system. 2. System Survey: Survey the building and fire sprinkler systems for any recalls recommended repairs, upgrades, or modifications. 3. Component Checks: Inspect and test all sprinkler control valves, alarm valves, and related components. 4. Pressure Test: Perform 2" drain test and record static and residual pressures. 5. Sprinkler Heads: Check the condition of sprinkler heads for any obstructions or coatings and perform any necessary testing. The City of Laconia reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or any part thereof to waive any formality in the process and to accept the proposal considered to be in the best interest of the City. The City of Laconia reserves the right to cancel this proposal request at any time for any reason. Failure to submit all information called for may be sufficient grounds for disqualification.
