Storrs Road (CT195) is heavily traveled by commuters, university students and employees, and local residents and currently lacks a safe access way for pedestrians and bicyclists. The intersection of Middle Turnpike (US-44) and Storrs Road (CT-195), also known as Four Corners, is a destination for students and residents, including banking, medical care, dining, and shopping. The projected construction cost is expected to be in the range of $3.0 - $4.0M *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) sub consultant goal will be no less than ten percent (10%) of the original agreement value.
