Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Farmington, New Mexico. Design plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.

The City of Farmington has ninety-three (93) acres of land to be developed as a bike park. Thirteen (13) acres will be developed with a grant received from the Land & Water Conservation Fund for a children's bike area, bike optimized features such as pump tracks, bicycle playgrounds, progressive dirt jumps, and amenities including parking, restrooms, and shade. Phase II expands the park with the addition of eighty (80) acres of all terrain land to be developed into approximately 7.5 miles of bike trails with varying skill level, traditional trails, flow trails, and skill development trails.3 The project is included in the City's 2026-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP).
