Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Farmington, New Mexico. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The city has acquired 80 acres of property on the southside of the Animas River, across and upstream from the Farmington Museum. Access and connectivity to Gwynhaven Park would be by a pedestrian bridge from the northern end of the Gateway Park area. A network of trails and an outdoor classroom/park shelter would complement this unique area of river environment tucked up to the bluffs. A second pedestrian bridge would facilitate further connectivity to the north (see Anesi Park project). The project is included in the City's 2026-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of May 14, 2025, project is funded for FY2025. Per owner, there is no further information or updates on this project since it is still with PRCA and they are still working out the funding and details. Since they are already half-way through the budget year, they may not see this project go out for RFQP for several months if not until FY2026. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
