Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Farmington, New Mexico. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Along the Animas Trail North Extension, Anesi Park will serve as a new trailhead and activity center, including wetland exploration and a network of loop trails. A pedestrian bridge at Anesi Park is proposed at a strategic location to help connect the future Gwynhaven Park and the Southside River Road Trail on County Road 3000 to the expanding Animas River Trail network. Anesi Park and the parking lot would be accessed from Herrera Road. The project is included in the City's 2026-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of May 14, 2025, project is funded for FY2025. Per owner, there is no further information or updates on this project since it is still with PRCA and they are still working out the funding and details. Since they are already half-way through the budget year, they may not see this project go out for RFQP for several months if not until FY2026. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
