Renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility in Morgantown, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility.
To replace the existing fire alarm system with a new digital, addressable fire alarm system for the Engineering Sciences Building West Virginia University ("WVU", "University", or "Owner") is requesting Proposals from qualified electrical contractors to replace the existing fire alarm system with a new digital, addressable fire alarm system for the Engineering Sciences Building at 1306 Evansdale Drive, Morgantown, WV 26506. The Engineering Sciences Building is located in the center of WVU's Morgantown Evansdale Campus. The project shall begin May 12th, 2025, with Substantial Completion August 7th, 2025, for the fire alarm to be inspected by the West Virginia State Fire Marshal. The existing fire alarm system must be removed and demobilization by August 18th, 2025. Final Completion shall be September 7th, 2025.
