This project allocates funds for expanding the new recreational amenities within Jupiter Farms Park. Planned facilities to be constructed include site and court lighting, extension of utilities, new basketball courts, overflow parking, walkways, fencing, exotic vegetation removal, landscaping and other improvements. This project provides the additional district park acres necessary to maintain established Comprehensive Plan Level of Service as a result of permits issued for residential development in Park Impact Fee Zone 1. The enhancements will provide additional active recreational facilities to serve the need of residents in the North Park District. Future funding is from Zone 1 Park Impact Fees. As of January 30, 2025, The project is include in the County's 2025-2029 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
