Requests should contain the Proposers name, address, phone number, facsimile number or e-mail address. E-mail should be addressed to chadd@ci.altoona.wi.us. Provide and install all equipment, accessories, hardware, software, labor, training, and materials for a turnkey lighting system at Bement Baseball Field at Cinder City Park. If budget allows the City is also looking to replace the lighting fixtures (not poles) at Hagen Softball Field as well.
