Site work and renovation of an educational facility in Bedford, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

Invitation to bid interior and exterior lighting replacement at Bedford Elementary School Project Description: Project consists of the replacement of all interior and exterior light fixtures on site with fixtures with LED sources. Existing lighting controls shall remain as existing, except where specifically noted otherwise. Construction Commencement: May 29th, 2025 Final Completion: August 1st, 2025 Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, a separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder.
