Deadline for Submission of RFI/Clarifications February 27, 2025 Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a Bid Bond, certified in an amount not less than 10% of the base bid except as otherwise expressly provided in the Instruction to Bidders. The successful bidder who is awarded the project will be required to provide a 100% Labor and Material Payment Bonds and 100% Performance Bond in the full amount of the agreed contract price. The Town of Glastonbury is An Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer. Minority/Women's Business Enterprises are encouraged to bid. The project scope involves the complete removal and replacement of existing HVAC equipment. The scope of work for the project will include all materials, labor, services, equipment, systems, and machinery described in, and as may be reasonably inferable from the Bidding Documents. The specific work of the project is defined within each project's Contract Documents. It is anticipated that the successful Bidder will be required to commence work on or about June 12, 2025 and achieve substantial completion of the Project no later than August 27, 2025
