The project scope involves the complete removal and replacement of existing HVAC equipment. The scope of work for the project will include all materials, labor, services, equipment, systems, and machinery described in, and asmay be reasonably inferable from the Bidding Documents. The successful bidder who is awarded the project will be required to provide a 100% Labor and Material Payment Bonds and 100% Performance Bond in the full amount of the agreed contract price. The Town reserves the right to amend or withdraw this Invitation to Bid for any reason, to accept or reject any or all Bids, to waive any formalities or non-material deficiencies in any Bid, and to make such award (or make no award) of a contract in connection with this Invitation to Bid all as determined by the Town, in its discretion, to be in the best interest of the Town.
